TeleCrow vs BOT-T: Which Telegram Bot Builder Fits?

BOT-T is one of the better-known Telegram bot constructors, and it is a real competitor rather than a thin affiliate site — its sitemap alone lists 660 FAQ URLs (bot-t.com/sitemap.xml, counted 2 September 2026).

The two overlap heavily: both are hosted, both start free with three paid tiers, both onboard with an @BotFather token. The difference is scope and market.

The core difference

BOT-T is a broad, flat-tier builder. Like TeleCrow it is hosted, starts free, and adds three paid monthly tiers — Full, Advanced and Professional. Payments, shops, subscriptions and mailings are not separately-purchased modules: they are bot types and tier features. Their own line for it is "pay for what you use, without extra charges". BOT-T does also run a paid marketplace of third-party WEB modules, available from the Advanced tier up, but that is an optional extra rather than the pricing model.

TeleCrow is template-first. You pick from seven pre-built bot types — digital product, access control, support, welcome/captcha, autofunnels, personal AI (bring your own API key) and giveaways — configure them in a dashboard, and launch. Fewer decisions, narrower range.

Neither is better. BOT-T is broader — more bot types, physical goods, an agency, 73 payment rails, ruble billing. TeleCrow is narrower — seven templates, digital only, dollar billing, monthly only.

What BOT-T offers

Verified from their own site:

Bot types: digital goods store, physical goods store, subscription bot, support bot, free bot, lead capture bot.

Additional services: posting to channels and chats, Telegram chat management, a Telegram link generator, chat/channel ID finder, sticker pack ID lookup. TeleCrow ships a near-identical set of free tools, so treat these as shared ground rather than a reason to pick either.

Agency services: they will build you a turnkey bot, a website, or a mini app. This is a genuine differentiator — if you would rather pay someone than build it, BOT-T sells that directly and TeleCrow does not.

Free tier: free to use and test. BOT-T asks you to keep a link to their project on free usage — in their words, "we ask you to keep a link to our project. If you prefer not to show our link, see the plans and pricing for removing it below." The free tier allows 400 new users per day, 150 MB of storage and 8 of its 73 payment providers, with no DDoS protection or web version, and platform ads may appear. For comparison, TeleCrow's free tier is 1 bot, 50 new users per day, and it shows a small TeleCrow ad inside your bot.

Documentation: roughly 700 FAQ pages, in Russian and English. Whatever you think of it as an SEO strategy, as support documentation it is substantial.

Markets: Russian and English. Its payment matrix lists 73 methods, weighted toward CIS providers and crypto but including Stripe and PayPal (from the Full tier) and Telegram Stars (on Free). Counted 2 September 2026.

What TeleCrow offers

Seven templates covering digital products, paid channel access, support ticketing, member verification, drip funnels, a personal AI assistant (BYOK) and referral giveaways.

Flat pricing: free tier, then $3.99, $6.99 and $11.99 per month.

Hosted: you connect a bot token from @BotFather and TeleCrow runs it. No servers — though this is shared ground, not a differentiator: BOT-T is equally hosted and onboards the same way ("Create and link to @BotFather").

Physical goods: BOT-T has a physical goods store and a cart. TeleCrow does not. It is digital-only, so shipping physical products is outside its scope entirely. If that is your business, BOT-T is the right choice and this comparison ends here.

Pricing

BOT-T publishes its tiers on its homepage. Quoted at the same billing basis as TeleCrow — undiscounted monthly:

Prices are in rubles; we have not converted them, because any rate we printed would be stale by the time you read it. BOT-T discounts further on longer autopay terms — Advanced for a year is 4,444 ₽ one-time against 2,519 ₽ with autopay. TeleCrow has nothing to answer that with: every TeleCrow plan is billed monthly, with no annual option.

On predictability the honest answer runs against us: BOT-T's paid tiers are uncapped on users, while TeleCrow's Free and Basic are not.

Choose BOT-T if

• You want to assemble exactly what you need and nothing more
• You sell physical goods and need a cart and shipping flow
• You would rather commission a bot than build one — their agency service is real and TeleCrow has no equivalent
• You operate in the CIS market and want payment methods common there
• Deep written documentation matters to how you learn a tool

Choose TeleCrow if

• Your use case matches one of the seven templates closely
• You want a smaller, English-first feature set rather than BOT-T's breadth
• You bill in dollars and would rather not deal with ruble pricing

The fair summary

BOT-T is the more flexible product with more surface area — more bot types, more services, an agency behind it, and far more documentation. If you want to build something specific, or something physical, it will take you further.

TeleCrow is a fast path from nothing to a running bot, provided your use case is one of the seven it covers. Both platforms publish a fixed monthly figure; TeleCrow's is in dollars, BOT-T's in rubles.

The question worth asking yourself is one of scope: do you want a toolkit or a product? Answer that and the choice makes itself.
